ignite EI enhancement for leaders

6 month program

inspire. resilience. authenticity. lead.

Ignite helps professionals develop emotional intelligence skills and qualities and teaches participants the EI behaviors associated with effective leadership. The experiential learning program is aimed at improving participants’ leadership impact, influence, and resilience. The concepts, tools and techniques taught are applicable in one’s professional and personal life. Ignite is designed to be a learning journey as there are six modules (2-2.5 hours each) in the program spread out over six months.

Each module is professionally facilitated and includes current research and experiential scenarios. In between each module, participants are encouraged to engage in relevant and applicable learning activities, discuss concepts with their learning partner, and reflect upon the on-the-job application of the tools and techniques. The use of a Time 1 (pre) Genos Emotionally Intelligent Leadership assessment early in the program allows each participant to receive feedback about their current EI leadership behaviors and then personalize their individual learning goals. A Time 2 (post) assessment encourages participants to adopt a growth mindset, focus on long-lasting improvements, and provides additional feedback about the participant’s emotional intelligence development.
